Typical Inspection Report

The attached file is an example of a typical report that is e-mailed to my clients within 24 hours of the inspection and usually in the same day.  After spending 2 or so hours at the home to conduct the inspection and water / radon / mold testing, I spend another 2 or more hours creating the report that will provide the client with details and pictures of the items found.  On average, 70-90 pictures are taken of various conditions during the inspection. The pictures are used in the report to provide a visual of the defect or condition that is explained in the report.  Each report is unique and specific to the inspection.  No check off forms are used and full explanations along with recommendations are included in the report.
