 When you are purchasing a home, understanding as much as you can about the condition of the structure and all its components is extremely important. The viewing of homes is usually fairly formal and little time is available for you to "inspect" those areas that can cause you headaches and health issues after the final deal is negotiated.  For a nominal fee, a professional inspection will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful.
